Delivery and payment conditions


If you purchase from this website, you automatically accept the conditions mentioned below. Consequently, we recommend that you read the conditions thoroughly before you purchase from our webshop. 

All prices in our webshop are inclusive of VAT and applicable taxes for our private customers and exclusive VAT for our B2B customers with a log-in. We make reservations to availability, typos, as well as to external price changes and exchange rate changes.

Payment and security
Security is of major importance to us when you pay via the internet. Therefore, we have chosen to use NETS (formerly PBS), which ensures that all your personal information is encrypted, including your banking details.

You can use the most common credit cards as a means of payment in our webshop, including Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, and Maestro. You can also use Mobilepay as payment method. If you pay by means of Dankort, VISA/Dankort or Mobilepay, Queen® Flowers pays the fee for NETS. If you pay by means of other credit cards we charge a fee, which is exclusively intended for NETS (formerly PBC).

Order confirmation and invoice
After confirming your order in our webshop you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Customers holding a company registration number (B2B) may apply for a login and pay via invoice. Our payment condition for invoices is 8 days net.


Order handing
NB! The goods can only be delivered to the consignee on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. If you place your order before 10 am, the goods can be delivered the following weekday. When your order has been packed and is ready for shipment you will receive an e-mail, containing all relevant delivery information. Here you also find a track and trace number.

All delivered goods will be dispatched by Postnord and BRINK Transport where has a special agreement assuring the right handling of the ordered good. In case one of the ordered goods is no longer in stock we will contact you to clarify whether you still want the remaining part of your order to be delivered (exclusive of the unavailable goods).


Shipment of goods
All shipments will be delivered by Postnord and BRINK between 8 am and 6 pm. If no one is home, your flower delivery is placed at the address. In apartment buildings, it is placed in the stairwell. In rare cases, our shipping service may assess that it is inexpedient to leave the goods and there for bring it to a parcel shop instead.

The shipping cost is DKK 39,00 no matter how many goods you buy. Do you need delivery to more than one address, the orders need to be completed separately and shipping paid for each delivery.

Delivery of bundles and bouquets to islands not connected by bridge, there will be an additional delivery day. Delivery of potted plants to islands not connected by bridge is unfortunately not possible.


Free collection at the nursery
Ordered goods from can be collected free of delivery charge at our nursery between 12 and 6 pm on all weekdays. Do you need help or have any question, please contact the staff in the office. NB. No staff available after 4 pm.

Subscription agreement

Bouquets and potted plants can be ordered as a subscription agreement. You pick the first delivery date and the frequency of the following ordered goods, for example every fourth Friday. Selecting an end date for the subscription is an option as well.

Delivery of subscription goods that coincide with a holiday will be packed and shipped on the next possible work day.


Confirmation of subscription order
After confirming your subscription order in our webshop you receive a confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail you also receive a log in to our customer centre. In our customer centre you can get an overview of your subscriptions and adjust if necessary.

When agreeing on a subscription, it is confirmed within the order that Queen® Flowers may make automatic withdrawals on your credit card. The amount will be deducted from your credit card every time the ordered good has been dispatched. Prior to every shipping, you will receive an e-mail about the payment and delivery.

Subscription cancellation and modifications

The subscription must be canceled at latest 7 days prior to the next delivery. If Queen® Flowers receives the cancellation later than 7 days prior to the next delivery, it will be valid from the subsequent delivery. You will receive an e-mail, confirming the end of your subscription.


The customer’s responsibility regarding subscriptions
In case of changes regarding your address, you must cancel the current subscription and place a new subscription order with delivery to your new address. You are obliged to do these changes no later than 7 days prior to the next delivery. Alternatively, Queen® Flowers reserves the right to submit an invoice concerning any additional costs regarding transportation to the new address.

Furthermore, it is your responsibility to make sure the credit card/payment card is valid. Upon expiry of validity, you are obliged to renew the credit card information in the customer centre at under the section “Edit subscriptions”. In case of missing validity of the credit card, Queen® Flowers reserves the right to cancel the subscription agreement.


According to the Danish Consumer Protection Act section 17, subsection 2, 1 cf. section 9, subsection. 2, 1 you have no right to cancel the purchase of goods for household use, including flowers and wine. At Queen® Flowers you may, however, cancel your order by sending us an e-mail no later than 3 working days before the delivery date.


Missing goods and complaints
If you experience that some goods are missing or damaged on receipt of your order, we kindly ask you to contact us no later than the first weekday after the delivery date. In case of complaints, we agree in each case how to handle the matter, and therefore you are kindly requested not to return the goods without prior agreement. Queen® Flowers is ready to defray all reasonable costs in connection with damaged goods.
